Tenure-track position in Game Studies at Brock University (Ontario, Canada)

Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario is hiring a tenure-track assistant professor in game studies. This new position has been created as part of the launch of Brock’s GAME program, a collaboration between its Centre for Interactive Arts and Science, Department of Computer Science, and nearby Niagara College’s Game Development Program. The ideal candidate will be one whose work intersects with games as a cultural practice addressing history, theory, design, and criticism, and who has demonstrated excellence in teaching. Brock, founded in 1964, is located in the beautiful Niagara region of Southern Ontario, and has approximately 18,500 students among seven faculties.
