I am involved in the organization of the Second International Conference on Human Aspects of IT for the Aged Population http://2016.hci.international/itap that will be held jointly with HCI International 2016, 17-22 July 2016, Toronto, Canada.
I will organize the invited session Silver Gaming for this conference.
Possible topics (among others):
● Older adults’ use of digital games
● Playing digital games: differences and similarities between older and younger adults
● Intergenerational games
● The (visual) representation of older adults in digital games
● Designing digital games with and for older adults
If you’re interested to present a paper at this invited session please mail me a working title of your paper + short bio [and eventually your co-author(s) in the right order] no later than September, 30 2015.
A first version of the full paper will probably be due by December 2015 when it will be reviewed. The final version (probably due February 2016) will be published in a Springer volume.
