Job: TT Game Creation and Interactive Storytelling – Bloomfield College

Bloomfield College invites applications for a full time, tenure track position, at the rank of Assistant Professor in the division of Creative Arts & Technology. We are seeking a skilled multidisciplinary new media artist with expertise in game creation and interactive storytelling environments that incorporate several forms of new media: digital photography, 2D/3D animation, electronic music, video, performance, 3D printing, physical computing, creative coding, interactive, locative, web-based art making, mobile design & development, UX design, virtual reality. Openness to experimentation in many creative disciplines is expected, along with a deep commitment to understanding race and class issues and the ability to relate to a diverse student population. Responsibilities include teaching six courses per year in related curriculum, and other courses based on the specializations of the candidate hired.
