Book: Videogames and Storytelling: Reading Games and Playing Books

Souvik Mukherjee writes…

Dear All,

My book Videogames and Storytelling: Reading Games and Playing Books is now available from Palgrave MacMillan:

Here, I attempt a rethinking of the story versus game debate as well as other key issues in game studies such as time, agency, involvement and textuality in video game-narratives. In sum, this is the result of my long-standing efforts at reading games and playing books. Do let me know what you think of it.

Videogames and Storytelling is available on Amazon and directly, from the Palgrave MacMillan website.
