It is our pleasure to invite the scientific community and media industry to attend the ACM International Conference on Interactive Experiences for TV and Online Video (TVX2017), which will be held in Hilversum, the Netherlands, on June 14-16, 2017.
ACM TVX is the leading international conference for research into online video, TV interaction and user experience. It is a multi-disciplinary conference and it aims at fostering discussions and innovative experiences amongst the academic research community and industry.
In 2017, the conference theme will be ìAlternate Realitiesî. The program will include contributions exploring TV and online media ecosystems that make it possible to create compelling, alternate realities for users, delivering memorable experiences. Specific topics include content production, implementation/deployment, design of novel interaction techniques and devices, new content distribution models, user research, user experience and exploration of interactive experiences for TV and online video.
TVX2017 will offer an attractive and diverse program. The pre-conference day, June 14, will be characterized by interaction within fourworkshops, a Doctoral Consortium session and the 2nd edition of the TVX in Asia Forum. On June 15 and 16, the main conference program will be presented, with Industrial and Academic Keynote talks, full paper and notes presentations, TVX-in-industry contributions, and highly interactive demo and poster sessions.
