The Canadian Game Studies Association (CGSA/ACÉV) annual conference will be held in St. Catharines, Ontario, on May 28 and 29 2014, in conjunction with the Congress of the Humanities & Social Sciences. We invite submissions from all disciplines from researchers working on or around video games. Graduate student submissions are welcome and encouraged!

Deadline for submissions is January 15, 2014.
We will be accepting submissions in three formats: extended abstracts, short abstracts, and panel proposals. Submissions and presentations are welcome in English or French.
Extended abstracts will be published as part of the 2014 CGSA Conference Proceedings. These proceedings will be available online and open access using a CC-BY-NC-ND license.

The conference will be held at the Brock University campus. Affordable accommodations are available on campus in the Brock dorms but they will book up quickly.
