CfP: Chapters for “Serious Games Analytics: Methodologies for Performance Measurement, Assessment, and Improvement”

Scholars are invited to submit a 1-page proposal for a new book, “Serious Games Analytics: Methodologies for Performance Measurement, Assessment, and Improvement” — scheduled to be publish by Springer in 2015. This new book volume will be edited by Christian S Loh and Yanyan Sheng of Southern Illinois University, IL, USA, and Dirk Ifenthaler of Deakin University, Australia.

The book will focus on new methodologies for serious games analytics, through telemetry or tracing of play-learners actions and behaviors in game-based environment as evidence of their performance. We are specifically interested in innovative approaches and methodologies of player tracking, data collection, analysis and visualization that will point to new performance metrics for serious games analytics.

Deadline for the 1-page proposal is February 15, 2014.
