The Journal of Games Criticism invites scholars, bloggers, writers, developers, coders, critics, and journalists of games to submit for its inaugural issue. This peer-reviewed journal is designed to provide a discussion space for all areas of the video game community, regardless of affiliation or academic standing. This journal understands the need for all parties to be involved in order to further progress and shape the medium of gaming.
The journal accepts articles and critical reviews of games and books on games. The deadline for consideration is November 15, 2013 and the first issue will be published on January 22, 2014.
