Deadline Extended to Jan 31: ICA Games Studies Division Preconfernece

This deadline has been extended to Jan 31, 2017. The preconference will take place on May 25, 2017 in San Diego, California.
Submissions require an extended abstract (1,000-1,500 words).
Authors are challenged to creatively interpret the call and may submit on topics that are critical of or tangential to the precon theme of gamification.  For example, we are open to submissions that inform how we study gamification in new contexts (e.g., Pokemon Goforawalk) or connect other topics (e.g., quantified selfing) to elements of games in some way.  Theory pieces are welcome.
All submitters will receive 10 xp and a rune-of-awesomeness.
Please see official CFP here.
