“I am pleased to bring to your attention a position opening for a Program Director in our rapidly growing Digital Media Program in the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design at Drexel University. Our Digital Media Program is a dynamic innovative program founded in 1998. It offers a broad curriculum in digital media with courses in animation, game development and web design; our educational program is grounded firmly in a liberal arts tradition. We currently enroll 158 undergraduate students and 26 accelerated and graduate students in our MS. Program. We have a growing full time 7 member faculty of whom 5 are tenured or tenure track. When enrollment reaches 200 undergraduates, we expect to become a Department offering robust full programs in the 3 digital media areas mentioned above. We are looking for a tenure track Program Director candidate with a broad knowledge of the field interested in helping us transition to a Department.
