Chapter proceedings

Motions

1. The Chapter officer moves to approve the chapter proceedings, seconded by the Industry Officer, passed unanimously.
2. The Chapter officer moves to approve the publishing of the chapter proceedings, seconded by the Treasurer, passed unanimously.
3. The Secretary motions to appoint Madeline Antonellos to the Ombuds Team, seconded by the Diversity Officer, motion passes with 1 vote in favour, 2 votes against, 1 abstention.
4. The President motions to create a new executive board position Conference Coordinator, seconded by the Industry Office, passed unanimously.
5. The President motioned that the Conference Coordinator would spend the first year of their two year term shadowing the previous Conference Coordinator, seconded by the Industry Office, passed unanimously.
6. Industry Office motions to approve a DiGRA podcast network, seconded by the Diversity Officer, passed unanimously.
