Motions

1. President motions for a moratorium on revised chapter policy until chapter meet.
   Chapters Officer seconded the motion passed with a majority in favor (two nays).  
2. President raises motion to gift volunteers a free student membership. Treasurer
   seconds the motion, passed unanimously.
